Geometric Art
Carrick Bend Knot
My most recent geometric repurposed/salvaged art creation - a six-sided Carrick Bend Knot made using rope constructed from plastic bags mounted on reclaimed plywood.
Seed Of Life Clock
Cut from a single piece of 1/4” plywood. Geometrically consists of seven overlapping circles with the same diameter inside of a larger one. Reclaimed wood.
Sierpinski Triangle
The Sierpinski triangle is a fractal described in 1915 by Waclaw Sierpinski. It is a self similar structure that occurs at different levels of iterations, or magnifications. Made from reclaimed wood.
Vesica Piscis
Vesica Piscis enclosed within circle. 15" x 15" stained oak wood. "Two circles of the same radius intersecting in such a way that the center of each circle lies on the circumference of the other".
